Incident Manager – Arabic Speaker

About the role

Motorola Solutions is looking for an Incident Manager who is fluent in Arabic to join its International Services team. The role is on‑site and focuses on delivering and supporting mission‑critical IT and radio systems for customers across the AMEA region.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (web, mobile, middleware) to resolve complex technical challenges.
• Provide high‑quality technical and operational support for mission‑critical IT and radio systems, meeting SLA and KPI targets.
• Maintain system performance and availability through incident and performance management processes.
• Work closely with Field Services Engineers and Technical Support Operations to ensure SLA compliance.
• Manage the resource calendar and ensure all Maintenance Agreement deliverables are fulfilled.
• Coordinate with the Local Service Delivery Manager on contract‑related activities and tasking.
• Conduct regular customer meetings to discuss service availability, performance and address comments.
• Plan, execute and document technical tasks according to established processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve design‑related technical issues, responding directly or via internal interfaces.

Required profile

• Fluent Arabic speaker with strong customer‑facing communication skills.
• Proven experience in on‑site customer support for mission‑critical IT and radio environments.
• Ability to work independently and lead technical implementations.
• Strong organizational skills to manage calendars, contracts and deliverables.
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across different technology stacks.
