Industrial Sales Manager – Recycling & Waste Services

About the role

The Industrial Sales Manager will drive new business for canasa’s recycling, waste‑management and environmental services across the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. Based at the Dammam yard, the role involves prospecting industrial buyers, preparing proposals and closing contracts that align with operational capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach factories, contractors and facility operators in Dammam, Khobar, Dhahran, Jubail and the wider Eastern Province to generate new sales.
• Prepare and present commercial proposals covering scope, pricing and terms for scrap recycling, industrial waste collection, e‑waste handling, demolition recovery and site‑clearance services.
• Negotiate and close contracts, then hand over details to operations to ensure timely service delivery.
• Upsell additional canasa services such as manpower and project support to increase contract value.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline of leads, meetings, proposals and closed deals, reporting progress to management weekly.
• Represent canasa professionally with procurement, site‑management and HSE decision‑makers.
• Monitor industrial activity in the region to spot new waste‑generation opportunities and competitive advantages.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in industrial or B2B sales with a proven record of generating and closing new business.
• Experience in selling recycling, waste‑management, environmental or facilities services is strongly preferred.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken, to conduct site visits and prepare proposals.
