Information Technology Manager

About the role

Nespresso is seeking an experienced Information Technology Manager to lead the execution of its HQ IS‑IT strategy at the market level. You will be responsible for delivering key information systems initiatives, aligning technology with business goals, and supporting the brand’s growth ambitions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and cascade the local Information Systems strategy in line with HQ direction.
• Manage the market IS roadmap, balancing HQ, regional, and cross‑departmental requirements.
• Partner with internal departments and external vendors to ensure transparent, accountable delivery of IS services.
• Oversee configuration and setup of HQ and local applications to meet business needs.
• Maintain accurate IT asset records and ensure alignment with HQ configuration and financial management.
• Develop, approve, and manage the CAPEX and operational IT budgets for the market.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing IT/IS functions within a multinational environment.
• Strong ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable technology plans.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with budgeting, asset management, and vendor relationship management.
