Information Technology Security Manager

About the role

Cenomi Retail is seeking an experienced Information Technology Security Manager to lead its security strategy across a large portfolio of retail and food‑and‑beverage brands in Saudi Arabia. Reporting to the IT Director, you will be responsible for protecting the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of critical information and systems.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall IT security strategy, aligning it with business objectives.
• Lead third‑party risk management, ensuring vendors meet security standards.
• Define and implement physical and network security strategies.
• Establish data protection approaches that comply with regulatory requirements.
• Create and maintain an incident management framework and oversee response activities.
• Direct vulnerability assessment and penetration testing (VAPT) programs.
• Monitor privileged access, enforce controls, and conduct regular access reviews.
• Set security KPIs, track performance, and report progress to senior leadership.
• Design and deliver security awareness training for staff.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in IT security or related fields.
• Proven track record of leading security programs in large, multi‑site organizations.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and third‑party risk.
