Innovation Consultant (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

Eram Talent is looking for an experienced Innovation Consultant to help drive innovation initiatives across the organization. The consultant facilitates design thinking workshops, identifies business opportunities and works with cross-functional teams to develop innovative digital solutions and proof-of-concepts (POCs). The workplace is on site in Dhahran.

Key responsibilities

• Lead innovation and ideation workshops using design thinking methodologies.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to identify innovation opportunities.
• Develop and validate digital proof-of-concepts (POCs) and prototypes.
• Facilitate brainstorming sessions and support creative problem-solving.
• Research market trends, emerging technologies and industry best practices.
• Work with stakeholders to turn business challenges into innovative solutions.
• Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Prepare presentations, reports and recommendations for leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Innovation Management, Design Thinking, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in innovation consulting, design thinking, digital transformation or a related role.
• Experience facilitating workshops and managing innovation projects.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of Design Thinking, Lean Startup and innovation frameworks.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
