About the role
BPS is looking for a motivated Saudi National Inside Sales Representative to join its fast‑growing sales team. The role focuses on generating and qualifying leads, initiating contact with prospects, and arranging meetings or demos for the sales force.
Key responsibilities
- Research and identify potential customers and target accounts.
- Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and social media.
- Qualify leads against set criteria and schedule meetings or demos for Account Executives.
- Develop personalized outreach strategies and nurture prospects through the sales funnel.
- Collaborate with Account Executives and Sales Managers to refine prospecting tactics.
- Maintain accurate lead records and activity logs in the CRM system.
- Track and report on lead generation metrics and ensure data integrity.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
Required profile
- Saudi National with a strong motivation to achieve results.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and persistently pursue targets.
- Proactive attitude and a passion for exceeding lead‑generation goals.
