Insurance Operations Manager – Global Benefits

About the role

Marsh Arabia is looking for an Insurance Operations Manager to lead its Global Benefits Management (GBM) program in Saudi Arabia. Based in Al Khobar, you will combine disciplined insurance operations management with high‑level client service to support global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate communication across business functions and resolve issues efficiently.
• Oversee the quality of client‑ and internal‑facing communications, driving process improvements.
• Manage day‑to‑day operational activities, monitor workflow, and prioritize workloads to maintain service standards.
• Lead stakeholder engagement sessions and partner with client managers to enhance client experience.
• Oversee the complaints management system and handle escalated calls, complaints, and queries.
• Liaise with Compliance to prevent breaches and ensure emerging risks are identified and reported.
• Monitor, measure, and report on team productivity, KPI performance, and conduct regular one‑on‑one and team meetings.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or a related field.
• 7+ years of operations management experience in the insurance sector, preferably employee benefits.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Team‑player, self‑motivated with a leadership attitude and experience managing teams.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office.
