Interface & Logistics Manager – Infrastructure Projects

About the role

Parsons is seeking an Interface & Logistics Manager to lead the coordination of technical and operational interfaces among contractors, consultants, stakeholders and authorities on major infrastructure projects. The role ensures safe, efficient and timely delivery of works through proactive logistics planning and interface management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain the Project Interface Management Plan in line with Parsons PMC procedures and client requirements.
• Create and manage interface tools such as Interface Register, Interface Matrix, Scope Delineation and Interface Agreement Forms across all contracts and disciplines.
• Identify, categorize and track interface points between infrastructure packages (roads, utilities, buildings, transportation, ITS) and external parties.
• Chair regular interface coordination meetings, drive resolution of issues and assign clear actions.
• Define escalation paths for technical and contractual conflicts and liaise with Parsons management and client leadership when needed.
• Review and validate contractors’ interface‑related drawings, method statements and programmes to ensure alignment at tie‑in points and shared assets.
• Manage interface dependencies to minimise rework, claims and delays, supporting change management and claims avoidance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing interfaces and logistics on large‑scale infrastructure or construction projects.
• Strong understanding of PMC processes and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a focus on risk mitigation.
• Effective communication and facilitation skills for coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
