About the role
We are seeking an International Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition across borders. The role involves sourcing, assessing, and onboarding candidates for a fast‑growing organization operating in the aviation or facilities management sector.
Key responsibilities
- Manage full‑cycle international recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Utilise overseas agencies, job portals, databases and direct headhunting to build talent pipelines.
- Coordinate with international recruitment partners and manpower agencies.
- Conduct virtual or in‑person interviews and evaluate candidates against client requirements.
- Prepare offer letters, contracts, visa documentation and oversee pre‑employment procedures.
- Arrange medical tests, embassy submissions and mobilization schedules.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records, pipeline reports and support bulk hiring projects.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- 3‑5 years of experience in international recruitment, preferably within aviation or facilities management.
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent organizational, time‑management and attention‑to‑detail skills.
- Proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
Required skills
- Knowledge of labor laws, international recruitment policies and employment practices.
