Inventory Control Executive – Commercial Vehicles

About the role

Al Futtaim Automotive is seeking an experienced Parts Inventory Control Executive to join its FAMCO team in Riyadh. The role ensures optimal parts availability for commercial vehicle and construction equipment franchises while managing stock levels, value and obsolescence.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain inventory control parameters to guarantee optimum stock availability.
• Review system‑generated order proposals, recommend adjustments and manage back‑orders with principals and logistics providers.
• Process customer orders, provide delivery updates and control stock aging through proactive initiatives.
• Coordinate buy‑back, disposal of slow‑moving inventory and manage warranty and inventory‑related claims.
• Optimize logistics and freight costs via shipment planning and consolidation.

Required profile

• Engineering degree or technical diploma.
• Minimum 5 years of supply‑chain or inventory operations experience in an automotive dealership.
• At least 2 years supporting commercial vehicle and construction equipment businesses.
• Hands‑on experience in inventory control, procurement, logistics and stock management.

Required skills

• Syncron inventory management system.
• SAP ERP (advantageous).
• Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.
• ERP systems experience, preferably SAP.
