Investment Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Investment Manager to join a leading organization in Riyadh. The role involves identifying, evaluating, executing, and managing strategic investment opportunities across local and regional markets. The successful candidate will work closely with senior management and the Board to drive value‑creating transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and assess attractive investment opportunities, including acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.
• Conduct comprehensive financial and investment analysis, building and reviewing models such as NPV, IRR, ROI, payback period, sensitivity and scenario analyses.
• Lead and coordinate due‑diligence processes covering financial, legal, commercial, operational, and technical aspects.
• Participate in investment transactions from initial evaluation and structuring through negotiation and closing.
• Monitor portfolio performance, recommend corrective actions, and develop risk mitigation strategies, early‑warning indicators, and exit plans.
• Support the development and implementation of investment policies, governance frameworks, and approval processes.
• Prepare professional investment proposals and presentations for senior management and the Board.
• Build and maintain relationships with investors, funds, banks, developers, advisors, and other stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Investment, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related field; MBA or Master’s preferred.
• 12+ years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in an Investment Manager or comparable managerial role.
• Proven track record in investment transactions, M&A, strategic partnerships, financing, and/or real‑estate development.
• Strong negotiation, stakeholder‑management, and executive‑presentation skills.
• CFA and/or CAIA certification highly preferred.
