Invoice to Cash Associate Manager

About the role

Zimmer Biomet is seeking an Invoice to Cash Associate Manager to lead its local Invoice to Cash (ITC) team. The role is responsible for disciplined execution of accounts receivable, credit, invoicing documentation and collection‑enablement activities, ensuring collection readiness and strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the ITC team, set agendas, assign priorities, monitor follow‑up actions and assess performance.
• Coach team members on customer account management, collection readiness, documentation quality and issue resolution.
• Coordinate field and office activities, including travel plans and account‑visit priorities to support efficient payment follow‑up.
• Drive continuous improvement of ITC processes, reporting discipline and collaboration with Finance, Commercial Operations and Commercial teams.
• Manage relationships with external collections agencies and oversee accounts receivable, credit and reporting activities.
• Prepare and lead monthly accounts receivable review meetings, monitor ageing and escalate risks.
• Support credit‑limit reviews, block and release overdue accounts per company policies.
• Review and approve new customer accounts within delegated authority.
• Ensure completeness of customer documentation and reconcile invoicing records.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading finance or accounts receivable teams.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with Finance, Commercial Operations and customers.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on process discipline and continuous improvement.
