IS/IT Manager

About the role

We are looking for an IS/IT Manager to lead the implementation of the headquarters’ information systems strategy within the market. The role will drive the delivery of key IS initiatives, ensure alignment with global objectives and support the growth of the Nespresso brand.

Key responsibilities

• Define and cascade the local IS strategy in line with HQ direction, ensuring clear communication and accountability.
• Manage the market IS roadmap, balancing HQ requirements with regional and cross‑departmental needs.
• Partner with business units and external vendors to optimise the use of IS resources and deliver transparent cost and value reporting.
• Oversee configuration and setup of HQ and local applications to meet market needs.
• Establish service level agreements, monitor service performance and adjust the portfolio as required.
• Determine hardware and software requirements to support the overall business strategy.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets in accordance with HQ configuration and financial management standards.
• Develop and obtain approval for the CAPEX budget and manage the IS/IT budget for market initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing information systems or IT functions within a multinational environment.
• Strong ability to align technology initiatives with business objectives and to communicate strategy across functions.
• Experience in budgeting, asset management and vendor relationship management.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
