IT Administrator – Riyadh & Khobar (Saudi Nationals Only)

About the role

We are seeking a skilled IT Administrator to manage and support our IT infrastructure across Riyadh and Khobar. The role involves both on‑site and remote responsibilities, ensuring high availability of servers, networks, and end‑user services.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Linux servers, cloud platforms, virtualization (Hyper‑V/VMware) and disaster‑recovery solutions.
• Support POS IT infrastructure, including cloud connectivity, SIM card management and vendor coordination.
• Configure and maintain Fortinet firewalls, switches, routers, VPNs, VLANs and wireless access points.
• Manage Microsoft 365 services – users, licenses, mailboxes, groups and email security.
• Provide remote and on‑site technical support for Windows, printers, applications, hardware and mobile devices.
• Handle user onboarding/offboarding, hardware provisioning and access rights.
• Maintain endpoint security with Bitdefender GravityZone and ensure timely updates.
• Administer web hosting, domains, DNS, SSL certificates and related subscriptions.
• Manage Grandstream PBX/VoIP, CCTV/NVR, access‑control and biometric systems.
• Oversee IT asset procurement, inventory, warranties and lifecycle management.
• Document IT processes and support security‑awareness initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on IT administration and end‑user support experience.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication and customer‑service skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Cisco CCNA, Microsoft 365 Admin, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Linux+, Fortinet FCA) are a plus.
