IT Asset Management Analyst

About the role

Eram Talent is recruiting an IT Asset Management Analyst for its operations in Saudi Arabia, working on site in Jeddah within the KST department. The analyst maintains asset life-cycle information for technology-based hardware and software, including custodian, warranty and status, and oversees quality control of assets throughout their lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of IT assets, including acquisition, inventory, utilization tracking and disposal
• Handle receiving, tagging, tracking, loaning, repairing and disposal of assets
• Maintain accurate asset records (custodian, warranty, status, refresh and end-of-life) in the asset management system
• Carry out physical and system inventory audits, analyse variances and ensure data accuracy
• Control asset acquisition, storage, movement and disposal with internal and external stakeholders
• Prepare asset reports and dashboards and support process improvements and governance
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in IT asset management

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Information Technology or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in IT asset management systems and lifecycle management
• 4+ years of experience in data analytics and reporting
• Good English communication skills; able to work independently and collaborate across teams
• Relevant certifications such as CITAM or ITIL are a plus

• Strong knowledge of SAP and IT asset management processes
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and data analysis/reporting
