IT Change Manager

About the role

The IT Change Manager is responsible for governing the end‑to‑end Change Management process across the organization. This role ensures that all IT changes—standard, normal, and emergency—are assessed, authorized, implemented, and reviewed in a controlled, risk‑managed manner, protecting service stability and business continuity.

Key responsibilities

• Own and operate the Change Management process in line with ITIL best practices and corporate policy.
• Chair the Change Advisory Board (CAB) and Emergency CAB, evaluating risk, impact, and resource availability for each Request for Change (RFC).
• Maintain the Forward Schedule of Change (FSC) and coordinate change windows with operational teams.
• Conduct risk and impact analysis, identify dependencies, and ensure mitigation and rollback plans are in place.
• Communicate approved changes and their impact to stakeholders and act as the primary liaison between technical teams and business units.
• Produce Change Management reports, post‑implementation reviews (PIRs), and KPI dashboards for senior leadership.
• Define, maintain, and continuously improve Change Management policies, procedures, and templates.
• Administer the Change Management module in the ITSM platform, driving automation and adoption of standard change models.

Required profile

• Saudi nationality.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• ITIL Foundation certification (v3 or v4) is mandatory; ITIL Change Management Practitioner certification is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or BMC Remedy.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL Change Management processes.
