IT Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, service‑oriented IT Coordinator to join the hotel’s Information Technology team. You will ensure that all technology systems, networks, hardware and software run smoothly to support daily hotel operations and deliver a high level of user satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line technical support to end‑users via the IT helpdesk, troubleshooting hardware, software and connectivity issues.
• Monitor and maintain the hotel’s technology infrastructure, including servers, networks, workstations and peripheral devices.
• Assist with installation, configuration and deployment of hardware and software across the property.
• Maintain accurate documentation of IT assets, system configurations and user access permissions.
• Support security protocols, including user authentication, data protection and compliance with information security policies.
• Coordinate with external vendors for hardware repairs, software licensing and escalated support.
• Participate in technology projects such as system upgrades, migrations and infrastructure improvements.
• Perform routine system backups, updates and patches to ensure data integrity and security.
• Support user training and onboarding for new technology systems and applications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• Previous experience in IT support, help‑desk or system administration.
• Experience in a hotel, resort or hospitality environment is a plus.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and customer‑service orientation.
