IT Digital Specialist

About the role

The IT Digital Specialist will act as a subject‑matter expert for document, record, information and knowledge management across Sadara Enterprise. Working closely with business units, you will gather detailed requirements, translate them into functional designs and guide the delivery of high‑quality digital solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define, revise and implement record retention policies across the organization.
• Drive creation, review and maintenance of Records Management Standards (SERMS).
• Lead the design and improvement of document and records management processes, both physical and electronic, ensuring security compliance.
• Contribute to the design of Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions and support backlog migration and scanning activities.
• Develop functional design documents and related artefacts for end‑users and technical teams.
• Provide technical guidance for software evaluation, application programming, and data communications.
• Coordinate testing, quality assurance and integration activities to ensure solution excellence.
• Prepare status reports, training materials and conduct stakeholder meetings.

• Experience leading records and information management initiatives.
• Proven capability to work with cross‑functional teams and drive cultural adoption of records management.
• Excellent communication skills for training, reporting and stakeholder engagement.
