IT Manager

About the role

The IT Manager will lead the information technology function at Basiqat Resort, a remote eco‑lodge within the Mantis Collection. This role ensures that all IT systems are reliable, secure, and support both guest experiences and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of all IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, Wi‑Fi, and telecommunications.
• Manage hardware, software, and IT assets across the resort to guarantee high system availability.
• Maintain and support hospitality applications such as Property Management System (PMS), Point‑of‑Sale (POS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and back‑office tools.
• Ensure seamless integration between operational systems and finance, reservations, and guest services.
• Lead system upgrades, implementations, and troubleshooting while preserving data integrity and performance.
• Develop, implement, and monitor IT security policies and procedures to protect the resort’s data and networks.
