IT Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to lead the technology operations of our hotel within the Accor network. You will ensure that all IT systems run smoothly, support staff, and drive continuous improvement of our digital infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the hotel's IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, network equipment, Wi‑Fi, and internet connectivity.
• Ensure continuous operation of hospitality applications such as PMS, POS, reservation, key‑card, and accounting systems.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
• Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures, including antivirus, firewalls, data backup, disaster recovery, and access controls.
• Oversee user accounts, email systems, and permission management for all employees.
• Coordinate with vendors for installation, maintenance, upgrades, and support.
• Plan and execute IT projects, system upgrades, and new technology implementations.
• Maintain inventory of IT assets, software licenses, and equipment.
• Develop and keep up‑to‑date IT policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Provide technical support and training to hotel staff.
• Manage IT budgets, maintenance contracts, and procurement.
• Support conference and meeting technology, including audiovisual equipment.
• Ensure business continuity through regular backups and disaster‑recovery testing.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of IT experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Hospitality industry experience is a plus.
• Professional certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Security+, Microsoft, Cisco CCNA, or ITIL are desirable.
