IT Manager (Pre-Opening) – Riyadh Olaya North

About the role

Join Hilton’s new DoubleTree hotel in Riyadh Olaya North as the IT Manager responsible for pre‑opening activities. You will lead the design, implementation and support of technology across the property, ensuring a seamless guest experience from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Execute IT strategy and implementation in alignment with area, cluster and corporate objectives.
• Monitor, diagnose and optimise LAN, network servers and directory services, handling upgrades and preventive maintenance.
• Resolve user issues related to personal computing, software applications and network connectivity, providing training as needed.
• Oversee compliance with Hilton Technology Network (HTN) standards, managing shared resources, backups and certifications.
• Lead major technology projects such as workstation and server refreshes, Wi‑Fi, PBX and point‑of‑sale installations.
• Collaborate with property management to maintain critical site systems and minimise downtime.
• Recruit, train, coach and evaluate the IT team to build a high‑performing workforce.
