IT Solutions Director

About the role

We are seeking an IT Solutions Director to lead the planning, design, development and implementation of information systems and software applications that support all operations of JCDC. The role will drive solution offerings, upgrade existing business systems and ensure post‑implementation optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee development and implementation processes to ensure architecture and system integration align with JCDC’s needs.
• Monitor IT project methodology, scope, resources, outsourcing strategy, cost schedule, risk management, testing and security requirements.
• Plan, implement and maintain IT applications to meet operational requirements.
• Identify integration needs with external stakeholders’ systems and databases.
• Ensure applications development, provisioning and maintenance are consistent with business strategies.
• Guarantee IT security and cybersecurity compliance for each project.
• Lead technology initiatives to enhance existing ERP systems.
• Evaluate existing solutions, prioritize upgrades and improve system performance.
• Coordinate with external contractors for design, development, deployment and configuration of systems.
• Establish and maintain IT procedures, policies, documentation and manuals.
• Assess overall performance of IT solutions and recommend continuous improvements.
• Collaborate with procurement, suppliers and service providers for maintenance and support.
• Provide system access, application support and troubleshooting to ensure uninterrupted operations.
