IT Specialist – Saudi National

About the role

We are looking for an IT Specialist to join our team and support day‑to‑day IT operations within an IT Service Management (ITSM) environment. The role involves handling tickets, providing first‑ and second‑line support and collaborating with internal teams and external vendors across two sites.

Key responsibilities

• Process incident, request and basic problem tickets following ITSM best practices.
• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for end‑user issues, including Office 365, Active Directory user management and basic LAN connectivity troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with internal IT groups and external vendors to resolve more complex issues.
• Support business applications and users across multiple departments.
• Work on‑site at the head office and the factory as required.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to defined IT processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in an IT‑related field.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced operational environment.
• Saudi national status (as indicated in the title).

Required skills

• Office 365 administration and troubleshooting.
• Active Directory user management and basic troubleshooting.
• Basic LAN networking and connectivity troubleshooting.
