IT Systems Support Specialist

About the role

The IT Systems Support Specialist will provide day‑to‑day operational maintenance, support, and upgrades for operating systems, workstations, and other Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) for task order support personnel in Jeddah.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain, support, and upgrade operating systems, workstations, and GFE.
• Perform software installations and upgrades, schedule them, and ensure compliance with IT policies.
• Monitor and tune systems to achieve optimal performance.
• Ensure data integrity and implement backup and archive schedules.
• Develop and promote standard operating procedures.
• Conduct hardware and software audits to verify compliance with standards and configuration guidelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with 2‑5 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum four years of direct military experience in the functional area, or ten years of combined military and civilian experience.
• Saudi national.

What we offer

• Competitive salary range of USD 62,000 – 77,000 per year.
