IT Technician

About the role

We are looking for a skilled IT Technician to deliver on‑site and remote technical support for our restaurant outlets across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The role covers a wide range of IT infrastructure, from POS and servers to network and security systems, and requires a proactive, customer‑focused approach.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line and second‑line support for hardware and software issues at all restaurant outlets, including POS, KOT, KDS, printers and other peripherals.
• Install, configure and maintain Windows desktops, servers and related IT systems.
• Configure, troubleshoot and monitor routers, switches, firewalls, VLANs, DHCP and internet connections.
• Maintain LAN/WAN, telephone and CCTV/biometric access control systems, liaising with ISPs as needed.
• Deliver basic application support, manage updates and work with corporate IT to resolve system bugs.
• Manage Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and Intune environments, including user lifecycle, licensing and security controls.
• Perform preventive maintenance, health checks and keep accurate documentation of assets, configurations and incidents.
• Provide on‑call support during off‑hours, weekends and holidays, both on‑site and remotely.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in IT support, preferably in a hospitality or retail environment.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities and a customer‑service mindset.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with corporate IT and external providers.
• Willingness to be on‑call and travel to multiple outlet locations.

Required skills

• Networking fundamentals (routers, switches, VLANs, DHCP, DNS, firewalls).
• Windows OS administration and server management.
• POS systems, KOT, KDS, printers and hardware troubleshooting.
• CCTV systems, access control and biometric devices.
• Microsoft 365, Azure AD and Intune administration.
• Hardware troubleshooting for desktops and servers.
