Java Developer - Quarkus framework

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Java Developer with deep expertise in the Quarkus framework to join our banking technology team. The role focuses on building secure, high-performance applications that support core banking and digital payment services.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Java applications using Quarkus.
• Create and enhance RESTful APIs and microservices for banking solutions.
• Integrate applications with core banking systems and third-party services.
• Participate in system design, code reviews, testing, debugging, and performance tuning.
• Ensure compliance with banking security, regulatory, and audit standards.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Support deployment, maintenance, and production issue resolution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of professional Java development experience.
• Proven experience in the banking or financial services industry.
• Hands-on experience with Quarkus and integration of core banking or payment platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication abilities.
