Junior Account Manager

About the role

The Junior Account Manager will join the Client Servicing team to support a key regional account for a multinational creative and marketing agency. This role blends project management with client relationship building, ensuring seamless delivery across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong, genuine relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Lead client meetings, presentations, and check‑ins with confidence.
• Translate complex briefs (OOH, digital, corporate communications) into clear inputs for creative and production teams.
• Coordinate delivery across strategy, digital, creative, and communications, ensuring outputs are high‑quality and on‑brand.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables, anticipating challenges before they arise.
• Track performance, analyse results and provide actionable insights.
• Identify opportunities to add value through innovative ideas and solutions.
• Support the Account Manager/Director in pitches, new business, and strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in a marketing, digital, creative or communications agency.
• Detail‑driven, structured thinker comfortable in a fast‑paced, multi‑stakeholder environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, adaptable and willing to go above and beyond for clients.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality.
