About the role
The Junior Account Manager will join the Client Servicing team to support a key regional account for a multinational creative and marketing agency. This role blends project management with client relationship building, ensuring seamless delivery across multiple channels.
Key responsibilities
- Build strong, genuine relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Lead client meetings, presentations, and check‑ins with confidence.
- Translate complex briefs (OOH, digital, corporate communications) into clear inputs for creative and production teams.
- Coordinate delivery across strategy, digital, creative, and communications, ensuring outputs are high‑quality and on‑brand.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables, anticipating challenges before they arise.
- Track performance, analyse results and provide actionable insights.
- Identify opportunities to add value through innovative ideas and solutions.
- Support the Account Manager/Director in pitches, new business, and strategic initiatives.
Required profile
- 2‑4 years of experience in a marketing, digital, creative or communications agency.
- Detail‑driven, structured thinker comfortable in a fast‑paced, multi‑stakeholder environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, adaptable and willing to go above and beyond for clients.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality.
Required skills
What we offer
- Competitive salary of 196,800 SAR per year (16,400 SAR per month).
- Hybrid work model – remote with three days per week at the client’s headquarters in Riyadh.
