Junior Analyst - Valuation Team

About the role

JLL is hiring a Junior Analyst to support its Valuation team in delivering accurate, high-quality valuation reports and market research across commercial, residential, hospitality, retail and mixed-use assets in the Riyadh and broader Central Region market. The position is on-site in Riyadh.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct property inspections and site visits, collecting physical, legal and market data.
• Gather and analyse comparable transaction data, rental rates, yields and market trends for Riyadh and KSA.
• Assist in preparing valuation reports using Income Capitalization, Discounted Cash Flow, Sales Comparison and Cost Approach methods.
• Support senior valuers in drafting reports in line with RICS Red Book and TAQEEM standards.
• Build and maintain financial models and valuation schedules in Excel.
• Liaise with clients, government entities and third parties to obtain documents such as title deeds, lease agreements and building permits.
• Research macroeconomic and sector trends, including giga-project activity, and ensure compliance with quality control and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, Business, Economics or a related field.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates with strong analytical skills are encouraged to apply.
• Working toward or willing to pursue TAQEEM accreditation (mandatory for practicing valuers in KSA); RICS APC enrollment is an advantage.
• Good written and verbal communication in Arabic and English, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines under supervision.
• Valid Saudi driving licence preferred for site visits.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
