Junior Consultant (Tamheer Program)

About the role

The Junior Consultant (Tamheer) joins the project team to provide expert consulting insights and deliver high‑quality advisory solutions to clients. This entry‑level position supports client engagements across HR strategy, organizational culture, corporate strategy and transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with project teams to execute advisory engagements in HR and organizational transformation.
• Develop and deliver consulting insights and solutions that ensure client satisfaction.
• Identify operational and strategic improvement opportunities for clients.
• Work with internal consultants and external experts to tailor advisory services.
• Detect gaps in internal operations and support initiatives to close them.
• Partner with various departments to drive strategic internal projects.
• Assist in maintaining KBS proprietary methodologies, frameworks and thought‑leadership content.

Required profile

• Registered on the Taqat platform and meeting all Tamheer program criteria.
• Fresh graduate holding a Bachelor’s degree.
• Fluent in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint.
