About the Role

Join Tamara, the leading fintech unicorn in Saudi Arabia and the GCC, on a mission to build the world's most customer-centric financial super-app. As a Customer Care Associate, you will be at the heart of our mission, ensuring our millions of users receive world-class support and seamless financial experiences.

Main Missions

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Address and resolve inquiries regarding Tamara's financial services with accuracy and speed.
  • Analyze customer accounts and transactions to identify and solve complex issues.
  • Deliver personalized solutions while strictly adhering to communication scripts and performance KPIs.
  • Identify customer needs and proactively escalate critical issues to ensure total satisfaction.

Candidate Profile

  • University degree holder.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a client-facing role is a significant plus.
  • Native Arabic speaker with professional proficiency in English (B1 level minimum).
  • Highly adaptable individual with a strong sense of empathy and perseverance.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts and rotations.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in digital tools, internet applications, and CRM software.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • High emotional intelligence and customer empathy.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth fintech environment.
