Junior Graphic Designer – Tamheer

About the role

We are looking for a creative and motivated Junior Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team under the Tamheer program. This position offers a great opportunity for fresh graduates to develop visual concepts and support a variety of digital and offline campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development of visual concepts and creative designs.
• Create designs for social media, digital campaigns, marketing materials, and internal communications.
• Adapt brand guidelines across different formats and platforms.
• Assist in preparing presentations, layouts, key visuals, and campaign assets.
• Resize and optimize creative assets for digital and offline channels.
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and other stakeholders on creative requirements.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and concept development.
• Maintain consistency and quality across all visual outputs.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Eligible for the Tamheer program.
• Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
• Interest in branding, advertising, digital content, and creative technologies.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Basic understanding of typography, layout, color, and composition.
• Portfolio demonstrating design skills and creative thinking.
