Junior Internal Auditor

About the role

The Junior Internal Auditor will support Alsulaiman Group’s internal audit function by conducting performance, operational, financial and compliance audit projects. You will work under the guidance of senior audit staff, applying IIA standards and contributing to the development of the annual audit plan.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in identifying audit risk areas and help shape the risk‑based annual audit plan.
• Perform audit procedures, including issue identification, evidence collection, analysis and documentation of client processes.
• Prepare clear written reports and deliver oral presentations of audit findings to management.
• Support audit management with ad‑hoc tasks and follow‑up activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or a related field.
• Saudi national with at least 2 years of experience in internal or external auditing, accounting, business analysis or program evaluation.
• Valid SOCPA Associate Membership certificate.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) and basic Arabic.

Required skills

• Proficiency with audit software and audit management tools.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to prepare work papers, reports, memos and analytical summaries.
