Junior IT Engineer – Hospitality & F&B Support

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented Junior IT Engineer to support our IT operations across hospitality, catering, and food & beverage facilities. The role involves providing first‑level technical support, maintaining equipment, and ensuring reliable technology services.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑level technical support to employees and operational teams.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, POS systems, and other IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
• Assist with user accounts, system access, and IT setup for new employees.
• Support network infrastructure, Wi‑Fi, and basic system connectivity.
• Maintain IT equipment, software, and asset records.
• Follow IT security, backup, and data protection procedures and escalate complex issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
• Good communication and problem‑solving skills with willingness to learn.
