Junior Marketing Activation Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking an energetic Junior Marketing Activation Coordinator to support the planning and execution of marketing activations across Saudi Arabia. This entry‑level position is ideal for a fresh graduate who enjoys both office coordination and on‑ground field activities.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage on‑site marketing activations and promotional events.
• Serve as the primary representative for CareConnect booth operations.
• Guide attendees through the company’s mobile application and digital health services.
• Register chronic cases accurately and maintain proper documentation.
• Ensure activations comply with branding and quality standards.
• Identify and resolve operational issues during events, escalating when needed.
• Support planning activities, including logistics, timelines, materials, and event readiness.
• Coordinate daily marketing activities between field teams and office stakeholders.
• Prepare post‑event reports covering outcomes, challenges, budgets, and recommendations.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate with internal departments and external partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
• Comfortable interacting with customers during live events.
• Willingness to travel across different regions within Saudi Arabia and work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Valid Saudi driving license (preferred/required based on business needs).
• Ability to stand and remain on‑site during event setup and execution.
