Junior Retail Sales Representative - Western Region

About the role
The Junior Retail Sales Representative will support the Western Region by driving sales and delivering excellent customer experiences. You will work closely with the store team to meet daily, weekly and monthly targets while promoting the product range.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets through proactive selling and product promotion.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve complaints promptly.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends and competitor activity.
- Follow company policies, ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
- Gather and report customer feedback for continuous improvement.
Required profile
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
- Up to 2 years of retail or sales experience.
