Junior Sales Engineer – Air Compressor & Forklift Solutions

About the role

As a Junior Sales Engineer in Khayira’s Air Compressor and Forklift Division, you will combine technical knowledge of compressed‑air systems with sales expertise to grow the business across Saudi Arabia. You will support customers from initial assessment through after‑sales service, ensuring solutions meet their operational needs.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell compressed‑air equipment, dryers, filters, piping, and forklift solutions to industrial clients and warehouses.
• Conduct technical assessments, prepare proposals, and deliver presentations that match customer requirements.
• Generate and follow up on sales leads, develop quotations, cost estimates, and tender documents in collaboration with engineering teams.
• Maintain regular contact with existing clients, identify upselling opportunities, and coordinate after‑sales support with service engineers.
• Perform site visits, system evaluations, and troubleshooting to deliver tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager on sales strategies and market analysis.
• Keep CRM records up‑to‑date and produce periodic sales performance reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 0‑1 year of experience in industrial equipment sales, preferably air compressors.
• Basic understanding of compressed‑air technology and forklift systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel within the assigned region.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Zoho.
