Junior Sales Executive - Business Development

About the role

Advansys is looking for a motivated Junior Sales Executive to join its sales team in Riyadh. The role drives sales, generates new business opportunities and maintains customer relationships. It is an entry-level position offering growth within the sales department and suits people who enjoy sales and customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Lead generation: identify potential clients through research, cold calling and networking
• Sales support: help senior sales executives manage customer accounts, process orders and prepare proposals
• Customer outreach: contact prospects and existing customers by phone, email and face-to-face meetings to present products or services
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's products and services to answer customer questions and highlight benefits
• Prepare and deliver presentations to potential customers
• Follow up with leads and customers to track progress, address concerns and close deals
• Track and report on sales activities, customer interactions and pipeline progress
• Stay informed on industry trends, customer needs and competitor activity to adapt sales strategies
• Work with marketing and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth order fulfillment

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field (preferred but not required)
• Some experience in sales, customer service or a related field is an advantage but not essential
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to build customer relationships
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, professional and able to work independently and in a team

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Negotiation and problem-solving abilities
• Basic CRM knowledge is a plus
