Junior Sales Specialist – SaaS ERP & CRM

About the role
We are looking for a motivated Junior Sales Specialist to join our growing team in Saudi Arabia. You will focus on promoting our SaaS ERP and CRM solutions to new prospects across Riyadh, Jeddah, and Dammam, helping businesses streamline their operations.
Key responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new business leads through networking, cold calls, and email outreach.
- Build and maintain a robust lead pipeline using CRM tools.
- Introduce SaaS ERP & CRM solutions to potential clients and articulate their value.
- Schedule product demonstrations and meetings for the senior sales team.
- Follow up with prospects, support the sales process, and help close deals.
Required profile
- Saudi national with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in telesales, SaaS, or software sales.
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Target‑driven mindset and comfort making outbound calls.
