Junior Talent Acquisition Executive

About the role

The Junior Talent Acquisition Executive supports Plaza Premium Group’s end‑to‑end recruitment cycle across its operations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You will assist the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews and onboarding candidates for hospitality, operational and corporate positions while helping the company meet Saudization (Nitaqat) targets.

Key responsibilities

• Support full‑cycle recruitment for hospitality, operational and corporate roles across KSA locations.
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals, career fairs and local recruitment channels.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial phone interviews to assess suitability.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring timely communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Assist with onboarding activities and ensure compliance with Saudization requirements.

• Passionate about recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Ability to listen, move quickly and think innovatively.
• Strong communication skills and confidence to share ideas.
• Customer‑service mindset with a kind, respectful approach.
• Detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.

Required skills

• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
