Key Account Manager – Ceramics (Jeddah)

About the role

As a Key Account Manager for the Ceramics division, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our most important customers in Jeddah. You will ensure their requirements are met on time and to the highest quality standards, supporting the Project Sales Department’s targets.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt answers, solutions, and product recommendations to key customers.
• Proactively reach out to potential clients and promote new products.
• Upload customer data and activity to the C4C CRM system.
• Prepare, submit, and follow up on quotations and sample approvals.
• Monitor collections, coordinate with finance for bank postings, and report progress weekly and monthly.
• Suggest sales strategies, track competitor activities, and share market insights.

Required profile

• Strong relationship‑building and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet sales targets.
• Attention to detail in data entry and reporting.
• Proactive attitude toward identifying new business opportunities.

Required skills

• C4C (Customer Relationship Management) system proficiency
