Key Account Manager – Facade Segment

About the role

Hilti is seeking a Key Account Manager for the Facade segment to create enthusiastic customers and help build a better future. The role focuses on sales execution, account development, technical support, and specification submission for key‑account customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop accounts using strategic action plans to grow market share in the façade industry.
• Steer sales and business‑development activities, defining actions that drive profitable growth.
• Identify local business opportunities and secure growth across multiple product lines.
• Expand the buying customer platform by engaging consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Structural, Mechanical, or related).
• Proven structural engineering experience, preferably with steel structures and façade engineering.
• Strong commercial mindset with demonstrated sales and business‑development skills.
• Ability to engage with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Construction‑industry experience is an advantage.
