Key Account Manager FMCG Retail / Travel Retail

About the role

The Key Account Manager will lead the development and growth of strategic FMCG retail and travel‑retail accounts across Saudi Arabia. You will build strong customer relationships, drive sales performance, and ensure profitable outcomes for modern trade, duty‑free, airport retail, airlines, cruise operators and other travel‑retail channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with key retail and travel‑retail customers, acting as the primary commercial contact.
• Create and execute annual joint business plans aligned with company objectives.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets, identifying new opportunities within existing and prospective accounts.
• Negotiate annual trading agreements, pricing, promotional calendars, listing fees and trade‑marketing investments.
• Manage product assortments for airport retailers, duty‑free operators, airlines, cruise lines and border shops.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and passenger flows to recommend pricing and promotional strategies.
• Coordinate demand planning with supply‑chain teams to ensure inventory availability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce or related field; MBA preferred.
• 5–8+ years of FMCG sales experience, preferably in retail or travel‑retail environments.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing key accounts.
