Key Account Manager – Government Sector

About the role

The Key Account Manager – Government Sector will drive sustainable growth and strengthen Bausch + Lomb's presence across key government healthcare institutions in Saudi Arabia. You will develop strategic partnerships, ensure product access, and execute account strategies aligned with customer needs and company objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans for priority government institutions.
• Identify and map key stakeholders such as hospital leadership, pharmacy directors, procurement committees and tender decision‑makers.
• Lead institutional access activities across government hospitals and procurement bodies, including NUPCO tenders.
• Support tender participation by coordinating pricing, forecasting and internal stakeholder input.
• Deliver on sales targets, expand product utilization and support product launches within institutional accounts.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, Finance and Supply Chain to align field activities with corporate initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with KOLs and decision makers, facilitating scientific engagement and disease‑awareness activities.
• Monitor market dynamics, competitor actions and procurement changes, providing insights and recommendations to leadership.
• Maintain accurate updates in Salesforce, track performance against KPIs and report forecasts to management.

Required profile

• Saudi national with a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (advanced medical/scientific credentials a plus).
• Minimum 5 years pharmaceutical sales experience in Saudi Arabia, including at least 2 years in institutional or key account management; ophthalmology/pharma experience preferred.
