Key Account Manager – Jeddah

About the role

The Key Account Manager will develop and manage major quarry, cement and mining customers in Jeddah and the Western Region of Saudi Arabia. This role requires extensive heavy‑equipment sales experience and strong relationships with industrial decision‑makers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain key customers in quarry, cement, mining and related industries across the Western Region.
• Visit customers and project sites regularly to understand operations, equipment needs and purchasing plans.
• Identify sales opportunities from major projects, equipment replacement, fleet expansion and new purchases.
• Provide suitable construction machinery solutions based on customer operating conditions and business needs.
• Manage the full sales process from needs identification through quotation, commercial negotiation and order closing.
• Collect market information, monitor competing brands and report customer investment plans to the company.
• Maintain sales pipeline, submit forecasts and achieve sales and customer development targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, Engineering, Business or related fields.
• At least 5 years of sales experience in construction machinery or related industrial sectors, preferably with quarry, cement, mining or aggregates customers.
• Proven record of key account development and high‑value equipment project sales.
• Familiarity with the Jeddah and Western Saudi market and local industry contacts.
• Fluent English; Arabic communication skills preferred.
• Valid Saudi driving licence and ability to travel frequently across the region.
