Key Account Sales Manager – Quarry, Cement & Aggregates

About the role

Our client is seeking an experienced Key Account Sales Manager to develop and manage major customers in the quarry, cement and aggregates sectors in Riyadh. The role focuses on selling high‑value heavy equipment, building long‑term relationships with decision‑makers, and driving revenue through new business and account expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage key customer accounts across quarry, cement and aggregates facilities.
• Conduct regular on‑site visits to understand equipment usage, fleet conditions and purchasing plans.
• Identify opportunities for new equipment purchases, fleet expansion, replacements and major projects.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercially and drive opportunities to order closure.
• Collect market intelligence, monitor competitor activity and provide accurate sales forecasts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of orders and project requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in construction machinery or heavy equipment, preferably with brands such as Caterpillar, Komatsu or Doosan.
• Proven track record of high‑value equipment sales and major project closures.
• Existing relationships within Saudi quarry, cement or aggregates sectors are a strong advantage.
• Fluent English; Arabic communication skills preferred.
• Valid Saudi driving licence and willingness to travel frequently.
