Kids Club Attendant

About the role

The Kids Club Attendant is the primary point of contact for guests participating in recreation activities at the resort. You will create a welcoming, safe, and enjoyable environment for families, ensuring smooth operation of the child activities centre and related facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide information about all recreation facilities, including pools, beach, entertainment zone, fitness centre and the Kids Club.
• Encourage, register and schedule guests for activities, promoting a fun and relaxing atmosphere.
• Enforce rules and safety regulations, monitor activities and respond to emergencies according to local procedures.
• Perform cashier duties and process point‑of‑sale transactions for equipment rentals, activity fees and retail sales.
• Assist with private functions and group events hosted within recreation areas.
• Identify guests who may be unsafe to participate, inform supervisors and provide first‑aid assistance until emergency services arrive.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of facilities, equipment and supplies.
• Report accidents, injuries or unsafe conditions and complete required safety training.
• Deliver courteous guest service, including welcoming guests, assisting individuals with disabilities and handling telephone inquiries professionally.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills and a professional appearance.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and support common goals.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk and lift objects up to 25 lb unaided and heavier items with assistance.
• Attention to detail for inspecting equipment and handling cash transactions.
• Capability to respond calmly and effectively in emergency situations.

Required skills

• Operation of Point of Sale (POS) systems and basic computer usage.
