About the role

Join the Accor family at Sofitel Shahd Al Madinah, a 5‑star retreat located steps from Al Masjid Al Nabawi. As a Kids Club Attendant you will work in a caring environment, providing a safe, clean and engaging space for young guests while supporting the hotel’s luxury service culture.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and care for children in the Kids Club, ensuring a safe and clean environment.
• Plan and lead age‑appropriate recreational, educational and creative activities such as arts and crafts, games and storytelling.
• Maintain the highest standards of child safety, hygiene and wellbeing at all times.
• Build positive relationships with children and communicate warmly with parents.
• Monitor attendance, manage sign‑in/sign‑out procedures and keep accurate records.
• Keep the Kids Club area, equipment and toys organized and safe.
• Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies or special needs.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments (F&B, Housekeeping) to ensure a seamless family experience.
• Uphold the hotel’s brand standards and luxury service culture in all interactions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education (Kindergarten).
• Fluent in English.
• Well‑mannered and skilled in dealing with children.
• Good appearance.
