Kids Club Attendant – Resort Recreation

About the role

The Kids Club Attendant is the primary point of contact for guests using the resort’s recreation facilities, including pools, beach, entertainment zones, fitness center, and the children’s activity center. You will create a welcoming, safe, and fun environment for families while supporting the overall guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide information about all recreation amenities and guide guests on usage.
• Encourage, register, and schedule guests for activities, ensuring smooth participation.
• Enforce safety rules and respond to emergencies according to local procedures.
• Handle point‑of‑sale transactions, process payments for rentals, activities, and retail sales.
• Assist with private functions, group events, and special activities within the recreation areas.
• Monitor facilities, maintain cleanliness, and report accidents or unsafe conditions.
• Support guests with disabilities and deliver courteous, professional service at all times.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods and lift up to 25 lb unassisted (heavier items with assistance).
• Comfort working on uneven, slippery, or elevated surfaces and navigating stairs or ramps.
• Strong observational skills to identify safety hazards and respond promptly.
• Excellent verbal communication in clear, professional English.

Required skills

• Operation of Point of Sale (POS) systems.
• Cash handling and basic transaction processing.
• Computer literacy for data entry and information retrieval.
