Kids Club Supervisor – Luxury Resort

About the role

The Kids Club Supervisor will lead daily operations of the children’s activity centre at Raffles The Red Sea, ensuring a safe, engaging, and culturally enriching environment for young guests. This position reports to the Kids Club Manager and works closely with resort teams to uphold ultra‑luxury service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily functions of the Kids Club, maintaining cleanliness and weekly sanitisation of all play equipment.
• Supervise, train and motivate Kids Club Attendants, ensuring compliance with child‑supervision protocols and required training.
• Design and implement age‑appropriate recreational and educational programmes that reflect local culture and brand creativity.
• Enforce strict check‑in/out procedures, keep accurate attendance records, and report any hazards or injuries promptly.
• Engage with children and parents professionally, handling special requests, dietary restrictions and concerns proactively.
• Manage inventory of toys and supplies, complete daily paperwork and meet monthly reporting deadlines.

Required profile

• Minimum 2–3 years supervisory experience in a luxury hotel or resort kids club; pre‑opening experience highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Recreation Management or a related field.
• Current CPR/AED and First Aid certifications.
• Impeccable grooming, high emotional intelligence and fluency in English; additional languages such as Arabic or Russian are a plus.
